I've bought several vehicles from this dealership. My previous experiences were great. However, my last purchases will be my last. I was sold a 2021 Nissan Titan. When the salesman pulled it up front My previous experiences were great. However, my last purchases will be my last. I was sold a 2021 Nissan Titan. When the salesman pulled it up front he mentioned that the front left tire was low and he had to fill it up. He said I should keep an eye on it in case it had a leak. Needless to say I have been having to add air to it since the day I brought it home. When I took the truck into Nissan for a recall I asked them to look at the tire. They found a nail in the tire in a spot that they were unable to repair. I contacted my salesman and he denied that there was ever an issue with the front tire. His manager then contacted me and said there was nothing they could do because it passed their "inspection". Complete denial from both parties and pretty much called me a liar. So now I'm forced to buy a new set of tires during the holidays because this dealership lacks integrity and won't admit to selling a vehicle with a known defect. Pretty disappointing. Update: I ended up taking the truck to a shop and they found not one but three nails buried in the tire. The truck was sold to me with THREE nails in the tire! More
