What i was charged for the maintenance on my F250 Super Duty was reasonable even if it would have been twice the price , as i was trying to get back to Maine at the end of my vacation !! They fix your car and sometimes it's back sooner than they anticipate. But they don't ever go above and beyond to ensure a great service experience or to make something right that went wrong. They do nothing extraordinary - we have never been offered a loaner or shown any enthusiasm as customers. It feels like they know the bare minimum about the service bulletins and can't offer more than reading it to you. More
