The oil change and service work was completed in a timely fashion, unfortunately the valve stem was broken on my inside dully wheel. My truck was clean and un-damaged after servicing! !! Sounds strange but the dealers I used to use before we moved had damaged my glove box several times checking my cabin air filter. Joel in Service and your courtesy shuttle service were great! After planning for over 2-mo to get a Ford F-150 recall on a wiper motor, I've been told part was backordered; could not scheduled an appointm great! After planning for over 2-mo to get a Ford F-150 recall on a wiper motor, I've been told part was backordered; could not scheduled an appointment until the backordered part was available; possibility of two different types of wiper motor and wouldn't know which motor was needed until you had the truck and when truck was scheduled and then no wiper motor was available. We could have looked at the motor 2-mo. ago and had the part ready to install. Every two days I get an email from our United Rental's fleet administrator asking why I haven't got one of 15,000 fleet vehicles in for the recall they sent out 2-months ago. I typically fly 70K and 20K in rental cars and company truck. Taking a day off for this recall and not getting anything done was painful and a waste of your and my time. More
