The service Tech had no idea what was done to my truck. The repairs took twice as long as I was quoted it would take. My passenger side front wheel hub was all scratched to xxxx from the repair work. And then, your Tech told me that my air and fuel filters needed changed even though I had just recently replaced them myself. One more thing about your service department is the fact that the vehicle must be on site to be "in the queue". This creates time that the vehicle is just sitting there for days without being worked on when everybody needs their vehicle every day. I will be going to a dealership from now on that only asks to have your vehicle on site when they are actually ready to work on it rather than just sitting there to be "in the queue". This is kind of a bummer for me too with having bought my last four vehicles at Castle Rock Ford. Dave MacDonald P.S. - Normally when I get a vehicle back from service it has been cleaned inside and out and I received my vehicle in dirty condition, worse than when I dropped it off, due to sitting outside in your parking lot just to be in the queue. She ensured that our requirements of the vehicle’s options were met. She was not your typical pushy salesman. She never made us feel rushed. We took a couple of test rides, and she never once said that we needed to head back. She took the time to explain all the options on the truck, and even assisted me in setting up the new truck in the Ford Pass App. She then participated in the negotiation process with Gary, the GM, helping us in getting a fair price. We give Jessica a 5 star rating. Justin did a great job explaining the financing, warranty and paperwork. He did his due diligence in searching for the best interest rate that was available. He then went the extra mile searching for our documents for both the extended warranty and tire warranty that was sold under the previous dealership’s name. When we first inquired about these warranties on our trade in truck we were told by several staff members that we didn’t have these. Justin knew where to search to determine the validity of us actually purchasing them and then worked to get us our prorated refund. Thanks Jessica, Justin and Gary for finding us the vehicle that we wanted. 5 Stars to these 3 employees and Castle Rock Ford. More
The pick up service was great but they were late and my husband had to leave. The clove was suppose to get a tire rotation and oil change for 149 and they just did the oil change but charged for both. husband had to leave. Asked about coupons I was told there wasn’t one, there was one and last there was one but they couldn’t pull it up. I will probably find another place to get oil changes from now on.
