I had a recall on my 2016, 250 Ford pickup. I called in and Joel S. had it fixed and ready within the hour, thank you Joe. But the manager of that dept. has problems getting back to you. I had to replace some cosmetic parts on my truck and after being painted and then installed by the technician, the parts look new/OEM. I also had an issue with the transmission not shifting smoothly.
