I had a recall on my 2016, 250 Ford pickup. I called in and Joel S. had it fixed and ready within the hour, thank you Joe. But the manager of that dept. has problems getting back to you. Saying the part was not available yet and would get a call as soon as they came in (no call). I called again a couple months later and Joel took care of it like a pro. More

Its a pleasure to work with Castle Rock Ford and I'm very happy with the service they have provided. I had to replace some cosmetic parts on my truck and after being painted and then installed by the technician, the parts look new/OEM. I also had an issue with the transmission not shifting smoothly. Joel researched the issue and the technician made the required repairs. Now my truck shifts perfectly, it was well worth the visit to the service center. More
