What a JOKE Unless you are buying a brand new car from them DONT BOTHER! I know that when you buy a used car you are kind of not guaranteed the best car in the Unless you are buying a brand new car from them DONT BOTHER! I know that when you buy a used car you are kind of not guaranteed the best car in the world. But I went to Medved and bought a used car thinking that they would be better then buying one from the "dealerships" off Colfax...WRONG. I got a 2010 Chevy about 4 months ago and I have already put about $800 into it and now I am about to put another $1000 into it! YAY! And no it has nothing to do with how I drive seeing that I just drive it about 10 miles a day. Also don't bother calling the used car service manager Moody (or however you spell it). I called him to ask him a simple question about my warranty and I have never been treated so poorly by a MANAGER in my life. He was rude and laughed at me when I told him the issues that I was having. Which obviously completely set me off even more then I was originally. Don't go here for a used vehicle EVER they are a joke! More

Awesome Experience!! When my husband and I went shopping at MedVed in Castle Rock, we were not ready to buy yet, just going to look and buy in the next 6 months. Eric Cody treated me as an equal to my husband which was VERY important to me. He answered every question in detail and did not seem to mind when we said we were not going to buy that day. Eric invited us back and said he worked with Jim Davis. Within the next few days we came back to buy and Jim started off helping us. He helped me find a truck that was perfect based on what I was looking for and explained everything about my new truck (the vehicle I traded in was 12 years old and has 371,000 miles on it. Many things had changed.) Eric and Jim are an AWESOME team. We always felt that they had our best interest at heart. In another 12 years, when I'm ready to get another truck, I'll be back and looking for Jim and Eric. More

Horrible service Had my truck in for three days and did not fix the water coming in from my roof. And they have not been rotating my tires and now two are worn down on the inside. This is covered in my ford maintenance package that I bought. I would consider that stealing from me I paid for a service that has not been done. Overall horrible experience it's a shame to live here in castle rock and not use the ford dealer. Instead drive 20 miles away to another ford dealership. More

Great Experience This was my first vehicle purchase and Medved made it as easy and pain-free as possible. I was shopping from out of state and my Salesman, Chad, immed This was my first vehicle purchase and Medved made it as easy and pain-free as possible. I was shopping from out of state and my Salesman, Chad, immediately cut to the chase with a reasonable price. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, there were some difficulties, but everyone did everything they could to alleviate the situation, The Salesman we dealt with when we picked up the vehicle, Jimmy, Was knowledgeable and polite. The finance manager, Jennifer, was also easy to work with and made everything as smooth as possible. My one gripe is that when I returned home, the vehicle had a couple of minor issues with it that I feel should have been addressed by the dealer before it was sold. More
