It was very difficult getting a service manger on the phone to discuss my repair need to schedule an appointment. I left several call messages that were not returned. Had a bad battery on a power stroke diesel that was under warranty. If I was paying for it, I’ve been out there in 20 minutes( per service manger). Because it was under warranty I was there for three hours a warranty. If I was paying for it, I’ve been out there in 20 minutes( per service manger).
