Service in the service department I think one of the things that is often overlooked when someone is seeking service on their new vehicle, or even their old one, is customer service. I always bring my Dodge Charger back to Medved for regular maintenance and last week in the midst of a cold snap, my thermostat broke. Meaning I had no heat. Medved got me in with only a day's notice and got me out the door in just a couple of hours. And the estimate was dead on. They're friendly, concerned, they don't condescend like a lot of mechanics, and they know my car. Service in the service department. They deliver. More

Always has been able to fix the problem even when misdiagnosed by some other entity. When my '02 Dakota broke down 5 hours from home he was able to give correct advice which I then was able to pass onto the local Dodge facility. Paul is a stand up guy. He has cared for my '00 Durango which I still have and runs great. Kept my '02 Dakota running in tip-top shape. Sadly I traded the Dakota in for a '13 Ram 1500. Don't get me wrong I love my Ram, just hated to lose the Dakota. The whole service facility is filled with knowledgeable people (Travis Harter) who are a pleasure to deal with.
