I went to Medved as a return customer to check inventory on 2014 1500 Rams. I was greated by Gus Shear/sales. I really was just looking and had not intended to by a Ram. Gus showed me several trucks that interested me and we went from there. There was NO pressure at all! That was really why I decided to make a purchase. Gus also introduced me to Mr. Medved as well and he thank'd us for being a return customer and was informed by him he would make sure that we got a good deal. Well in short, we did. The staff at Medved from the owner to the lot crew was great! They didn't miss anything. Our salesman was great we well, thank you Gus!!! My wife and I were extremely happy with our expierence and I would highly recommend Medved to anyone. They are very customer focused and will not pressure you into anything you don't want. My husband needed a REAL winter car and since I had a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee that has gotten me through 11 Colorado winters, I suggested a Jeep (his first). A girlfriend told me about her great experiences with Medved so I suggested MedVed Jeep in Castle Rock. We met Ray who had amazing patience with us as my husband asked many questions, and Ray had all the answers! He finally decided on a new 2012 Wrangler and Ray found us the car, in the color we wanted and with all the options my husband wanted, at another local dealership. We spent a long time with Ray that day-he's the most patient sales person we've ever met! Fast forward a little over a year and my 2003 Jeep needed a new transmission, so "she" ended up at MedVed for the service. While there, I suggested we go say Hi to Ray & Drew. While there of course we looked at a new Cherokee since mine was 11 years old - the longest I ever kept a car! Long story made short, Ray worked his magic again and found me the red 2014 Cherokee I decided I wanted and with all the options my husband wanted! I LOVE THE HEATED STEERING WHEEL and the car rides smoothly, has great pickup and I think our neighbor will soon buy one from Ray! During this process I started comparing my 1st Jeep purchase back in 1990: the sales man totally ignored me and only talked to the man I had with me so i would't be 'over sold'. Ladies, if you want a Jeep, you can feel comfortable dealing with Ray and Drew! They'll treat you as an equal, answer ALL your questions and never pressure you! i recommended this team to a girlfriend who is very happy with the whole car-buying experience and loves her 4 door Wrangler from Ray & MedVed.
