I was looking for a jeep wrangler sport, as we all know these cars are very popular but it didn't stop them from helping me find one, and we did. It was the last one left and they had just received it that morning. We were in a rush of buying a car and they totally understood that, they didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't want they just got straight to the point. I was trading in my dodge ram truck for the jeep.. I got a fantastic deal and absolutely love my new car! The service went smooth and we didn't have to wait around too long! They were always keeping us updated with the progress of everything and I loved that. I most definitely recommend this car dealership! PS - if you are looking for a jeep they have an off roading park behind the dealership which is SO fun! More

Service is very poor I have had a lot of issues with getting an appointment for an oil change. No reply to the online service request (4 attempts without a response), dif I have had a lot of issues with getting an appointment for an oil change. No reply to the online service request (4 attempts without a response), difficult to get a reply to a phone call, can't get an appointment for at least a week away, just for a simple oil change. This is a continuing issue with this dealership. Overall, the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership, definitely would not recommend them to anyone. More

I was told to go to a scrap yard and look for the part. Would you call this poor service? I can't imagine that this part can't be located somewhere in the area. This part, left rear lock actuator, does not allow me to open my back passenger door. This is very dangerous since I transport my grandchildren around. I can no longer take them in my car. I hope you can understand my frustration. I have been taking my Jeep to this dealer for 12 years for maintenance and repair and this is the first time I have been truly disappointed. This problem needs to be taken care of by you..... More
