Dropped the jeep off and was told I probably didn’t have a problem I told him I had looked up my problem on the Internet and felt like it was a problem. When I told My rep (Alec) that he was offputting when he accused me of not having a problem he refused to take responsibility for his comments or his attitude. Bought a 2020 Ram 2500 new from Castle Dodge. Paid through the nose for extended warranties. A year ago took the truck to them for an oil change (supposedly included and paid) and they told me i Paid through the nose for extended warranties. A year ago took the truck to them for an oil change (supposedly included and paid) and they told me it expired. Sold me a fuel filter at more than double the price. Most recently, had a WARRANTY issue with the DEF system; called three separate times and left detailed voice mails. NEVER received a return call. Wound up taking the truck to a different dealership who can actually answer their phones. Wouldn't take my lawn mower to Castle Rock Dodge More

The routine service was apparently completed as scheduled. I received a brief summary sheet when I picked up my vehicle .A multipoint inspection was completed, but nobody at the shop went over what scheduled. I received a brief summary sheet when I picked up my vehicle .A multipoint inspection was completed, but nobody at the shop went over what was covered in the inspection, or more importantly, what the results of the multipoint inspection were, like other dealerships and shops have done after servicing my past Jeeps. If they had taken a couple minutes to go over the results of multipoint inspection, I would have given the service 5 stars. More
My vehicle came back to me in the exact same condition after they had my truck for over a week. They stated that they “could not duplicate concern” although it was having the issue when I dropped it off a after they had my truck for over a week. They stated that they “could not duplicate concern” although it was having the issue when I dropped it off and continued to have the same issue when picking it up. The solution was to have me leave it there longer. The whole purpose of me leaving it there when I did was because I didn’t need my vehicle while it was left there. I could not go without the truck any longer as they weren’t able to provide a loaner. Have a call in with Brandon (service advisor) and hopefully he will have a solution by tomorrow. This will be the third time I have had the truck into the service department at a Ram dealership for the exact same issue. More
