Please Never do business here. Extremely poor customer service after the contract was signed. I already felt pressured when buying, and when the delivery of the vehicle was delayed several hours I got the runaround by several different people. It was only when I threatened to unwind the deal did they actually deliver the car. Verbal understandings meant nothing. I will never buy again from this dealer, and I hope my review persuades at least one other person to buy a vehicle elsewhere. More

Nobody enjoys trading in a vehicle but the fairness and conversation I had with both gentlemen was not only memorable but incredibly rare in the auto industry. Dropped the jeep off and was told I probably didn’t have a problem I told him I had looked up my problem on the Internet and felt like it was a problem. Bought a 2020 Ram 2500 new from Castle Dodge. Paid through the nose for extended warranties. A year ago took the truck to them for an oil change (supposedly included and paid) and they told me i Paid through the nose for extended warranties. A year ago took the truck to them for an oil change (supposedly included and paid) and they told me it expired. Sold me a fuel filter at more than double the price. Most recently, had a WARRANTY issue with the DEF system; called three separate times and left detailed voice mails. NEVER received a return call. Wound up taking the truck to a different dealership who can actually answer their phones. Wouldn't take my lawn mower to Castle Rock Dodge More
