Excellence in customer service We (my wife and I) have been dealing with Medved since the purchase of our 2008 Tahoe. We also have a 2001 Cadillac DTS. When we need service or ass We (my wife and I) have been dealing with Medved since the purchase of our 2008 Tahoe. We also have a 2001 Cadillac DTS. When we need service or assistance with these vehicles we schedule work with Medved Service Consultants. For approximately the last four years we have exclusively dealt with Doug Greer since he is primarily on the Cadillac side of Medved operations. Doug has always worked with us to arrange timely service and repairs to both vehicles. He has always called in advance if the cost to perform unexpected work was required and provided an estimated cost to see if we wanted the work performed. We had one instance when an elderly aunt was having problems with her Ford Expedition and Doug worked for us to solve the problem which meant replacing the fuel pump. In our dealings with Doug we have always been treated with respect, honesty, and willingness to solve problems in a timely and cost effective manner. Doug represents excellence in a business devoted to serving customer needs; a business that has been elsewhere portrayed as untrustworthy. We have a 2008 Buick Enclave which we are leasing from MedVed in Castle Rock. For about the past 2 years there has been a "mystery smell" coming from the engine which pours out through the vents. We have brought this vehicle in countless times and Tim (sorry, I don't know his last name) has been extremely helpful to us. The cause of the smell has been very hard to determine, and Tim continually tried to diagnose and fix it for us. It didn't happen for a while, then one day Tim tried something and it worked for us.
