Leased a 2014 Volt! ~~~ Then Thomas, the financial manager told me, "Oh, you need to come down and sign the lease papers again." So, I drove 100 miles RT from Thornton to do that. Two weeks ago, I get a panic call to sign the papers AGAIN! This time I had them sent to me. I signed and NOTED every where to send any correspondence to my PO Box. License plates expire in 6 days and NOTHING, zero, ZIP from anyone about making a payment or anything! I call and leave TREE messages for Thomas -- NO RESPONSE. I call Paul the salesman who contacted Thomas who said "I" need to contact GM to get the information. I went off and he hung up on me. I called Scott, the Sales Manager, I explained everything and he did not like my tone of voice and hung up on me. I called "Bill" the manager and had to leave a message.... ****!!!DO NOT GO TO DO A DEAL WITH MEDVED CHEVROLET IN CASTLE ROCK!!*** More
Great Customer Service from sales to service! I was kinda like shure and went with it. They were not BS Inc me at all they got me out of the minivan that was falling apart and into a 2012 cruz eco it is a great car and we love it thank you to y'all at medved for not only giving me a chance but changing my perception of car sales men and woman. We have a 2008 Buick Enclave which we are leasing from MedVed in Castle Rock. For about the past 2 years there has been a "mystery smell" coming from the engine which pours out through the vents. We have brought this vehicle in countless times and Tim (sorry, I don't know his last name) has been extremely helpful to us. The cause of the smell has been very hard to determine, and Tim continually tried to diagnose and fix it for us. It didn't happen for a while, then one day Tim tried something and it worked for us. He's been patient, helpful, and very kind to us. Thank you Tim for your great service! More

Further, it is nice having the same service managers each time I come in. Revolving service managers means the dealership isn’t supporting their staff effectively. My wife and I want to make sure that everyone knows how well we were treated by Sheila & Matt. When we walked into the dealership, we told Sheila that we were not going to buy a car there. She did a great job in allowing us to express ourselves. The team at MEDVED SOUTH let us know how important we were as people, not just 'customers'. They made us feel as though we were talking to our neighbors or our friends. My wife and I feel as though they really cared for us. Long story short, we did buy our vehicle from Sheila & Matt, for the payment we needed for our budget. The turnaround in our opinion of this Business was solely due to Sheila & Matt. We had turned our backs on this location over 4 years ago. We cannot thank them enough for giving us back our local dealership, which we sorely missed. We believe our vehicle, a 2012 Equinox LTZ, belongs to a family of the best built, best engineered vehicles on the road ever. Probably one of the easiest buying experiences I have had. Everyone was very friendly. The dealership is very easy to get to and the website is pretty good. The only suggestions i would have is to maybe keep website updated as much as possible and to maybe have a GMC sign. I did not really think they sold GMC until i was looking for (and found) the particular vehicle we bought from them and their ad was on Auto Trader. No big issue though but they may sell more if they had a sign...just a friendly thought. I really like that Kyle and Keith were low pressure and optimistic about the deal and working with us to get the best deal possible for our needs. Thanks! More
