Great Sales Staff I went in April and inquired about a Chevy 2500 HD Diesel Silverado. I tried to wait for the 2016 models (for blind side alerts) but was told last mo I went in April and inquired about a Chevy 2500 HD Diesel Silverado. I tried to wait for the 2016 models (for blind side alerts) but was told last month (by the salesman Doug Sheehan) that this would not be coming on the 2016's. I called Doug, asked if they had the color and model I wanted and that I'd be in the following week. During that time (since this is now September and end of model year 2 of "my" color were sold and Doug and his sales manager Kevin Slinger went out of their way to find the exact model with the extras I wanted within a 500 mile radius. When I arrived at the dealer last week the truck was waiting for us. The deal was as easy as I've had purchasing cars and trucks over the past 50 years. I was in and out in a quite reasonable amount of time. The instructions that Doug gave going over all of the features was simple and quite helpful. Excellent service We always dread shopping for a car because of high pressure sales people. We decided to go to the MedVed dealership because of the wide variety of brands available in one location - Ford, Chevrolet, Chrysler, GMC, Dodge, etc., We were looking for a vehicle that would comfortably seat six people, all of which are 6' tall or taller. We were able to sit in each row of about a dozen different vehicle brands which helped us narrow down our decision. The sales people were all very helpful and knowledgable. They didn't push any particular vehicle but helped us try and figure out what vehicle would work best for our specific needs. In the end it took about 3 hours to try out, test drive, negotiate and drive away in our new vehicle. The entire experience was smooth and pleasant. More
