We have been looking for my car for months. We went to Pueblo and Colorado Springs. We haven't find that feel to connect and make sure we are doing the right thing till we found Medved/Castle Rock. Alicia she is so amazing, she knows what she's doing, she's very welcoming and friendly. She make sure with us that we are taking care of. She explain to us every little details about my Chevy equinox which I love. She went above and beyond just to make sure we are good. Kevin is great, he knows exactly what to do to provide what we are trying to get done and making sure were in the same page. His very knowledgeable with everything and that is amazing. Everyone in the store is amazing and very friendly, I haven't mention everyone so I apologize. But overall the customer service is great.
