After contacting three dealerships in the Denver Metro Area that had the Buick Encore model a I was in the market for a new 2017 Buick Encore Premium. After contacting three dealerships in the Denver Metro Area that had the Buick Encore model and trim level I wished to purchase. I chose to do business with Mr. Steven Bunker from Medved Castlerock. Salespeople from the two other Denver Metro Area dealerships were not as attentive to my follow-up questions as he was. My experience with Steven was 'no hassle, no gimmicks.' In addition to this, he identified all applicable rebates and incentives that in the end made a 'good deal' a 'Great Deal.' I should also mention my experience with the Finance Manager, Mr. Scott Malone was just as pleasant as he described and explained the financing process and additional value-added services offered by the dealership.
