I reached out to Castle Rock Chevrolet from Montana, still stuck in a terrible situation from a previous deal I got through Mike Maroone Chevrolet. I was deeply upside down on my trade — it was a deal that should have never been approved. I honestly didn’t think I had any good options left… until I got connected with Kyi. Kyi completely turned things around. He took the time to understand where I was coming from, explained everything clearly, and gave me honest, straightforward options without any pressure. He treated me like a real person, not just a number. In the end, I was able to get into a 2017 Cadillac Escalade Premium Luxury — and for the first time in a while, the numbers actually made sense. What really impressed me is that we were able to do the whole deal remotely, without ever stepping foot in the dealership. Kyi made the process incredibly easy — he kept me updated constantly and handled everything with total professionalism. It was by far the easiest and most respectful car-buying experience I’ve had. Big thanks also to Luke, the desk manager, who worked behind the scenes to get the numbers right. He took a challenging situation and somehow made it work, and it was obvious he genuinely wanted to help. Between Kyi and Luke, the team at Castle Rock Chevrolet blew me away. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I would’ve never bought from this dealer if I knew what I was in for. My experience has been nothing but a hassle. A car I’ve been looking for finall I would’ve never bought from this dealer if I knew what I was in for. My experience has been nothing but a hassle. A car I’ve been looking for finally popped up here at a decent price, so I went in to buy it only to be sat in an office for awhile. A manager comes to me telling me they “priced the car wrong” and tells me the price isn’t actually 21k, it’s 32k and that it was allegedly a “computer glitch.” I don’t understand how a price difference that large wasn’t caught, especially when one of their sales reps reached out to me that morning with the price of the car being 21k. We ended up compromising a deal for the car (although I’m still paying way more than anticipated coming into this situation.) When I picked it up they reassured me that it passed a mechanics test, which was clearly xxxxxxxx. Had the car for 3 whole days before the check engine light came on. I call my sales rep who tells me to bring the car in and yet they refuse to provide me with a loaner car when I just spent several thousands of dollars with them and already had a bad experience. I explained I live 45 minutes away and my dog will be actively in surgery that day and I need to pick him up. Still denied a loaner car. So, I decide to take it to a Kia dealership. I then find out that they sold me this car with a known recall on my break system without fixing it before selling it to me, putting me in danger, and that this is unrelated to my check engine light. So not only do my breaks not work correctly and they sold it to me like that, but something is possibly wrong with my engine as well and they aren’t even offering me a loaner car in the meantime if I bring it in. Left several messages for the manager Luke King and have been unanswered. Absolutely horrible experience. Will update if a solution is offered. More
