First of all, ask for Brad Price. His level of customer service, friendliness and overall knowledge of the Mazda brand exceeds all expectations. I worked with Brad recently to buy my second Mazda and I could not be more satisfied with my 2012 Skyactive Mazda3, as well as with my experience working with the crew (from sales to the financing team to the service team). Even though I bought my RX8 from another dealer, I brought my car to Pugi for all services. They know what they are doing, are fair about prices, are generous with coupons to save on oil changes and the like, and always carry a smile and are happy to help anyone walking in the door. Please, if you are in the market for a car, consider Mazda...but more importantly, consider Pugi's excellent team and ask for Brad. You will not regret it! More

Sent me an email price with the destination charge ($770) included as a base price then showed me the internet price I could purchase it. We stopped in on a Tuesday afternoon to take a look at a new Miata. We have never driven one or even really looked at one. When we asked for more info and a test drive we were told that because it was such new Miata. We have never driven one or even really looked at one. When we asked for more info and a test drive we were told that because it was such a rare car (1 of only 25,000!<sarcasm>) they couldn't let us drive it because they didn't want to put miles on it... unless we were going to buy it right then and there. Again we said that we didn't know because we had never even looked into this model before, all of a sudden a guy comes out and puts a sold sign on it?! wow that was great timing. They had zero interest in talking to us about this car... so we went to Continental Mazda. We were greeted with smiles and immediately given the chance to drive the same model Miata, as a loaner for the day! We fell in love with car and decided pretty quickly to purchase the vehicle. What a fun summer to come in our new Convertible Miata from Continental Mazda in Naperville..... NOT from Pugi. Too bad guys, it was an easy sale! Tsk Tsk! (but seeing the reviews on the service treatment as well, whew!) More
We had found the car we were interested in buying online and we called Pugi to come test drive the Mazda CX-9. We went in and we really like the car and were ready to buy. The guy in the service department was very disrespectful and rude. Even though I am only 17, I know when I am being disrespected and as a customer you should never be. Don't buy a used or new car. I bought a used car from them this past July and I was robbed blind. First the car has been in the shop 4 days after purchase and I have had it in my possession maybe 10 days them this past July and I was robbed blind. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and paid a reasonable amount for both. We bought our Mazda3 in Naperville and now live in Cook county. Pugi Mazda is about 8 miles further, but it is worth it...Paul the service writer was professional, the technicians did not leave any of their gunk in the car, and the post-service wash was done very well. The waiting area is modern and clean, and there was free coffee and a juke box for waiting customers to use. The sales people were annoying when we walked about the showroom, but they did not ruin the visit. Overall, we will continue servicing our Mazda3 at Pugi Mazda. More
I could not have had a better experience purchasing my 2009 Mazda at Pugi in Downers Grove. Was there several times to look at car, once to test drive. No pressure on extra's like paint protection, rust protection, etc. A little salesmenship on the extended warrenty but that is expected from any dealership. I got what I wanted on my trade and on the price of the car (I did my research and was not asking for the world to be given to me). I would buy another car from this sales team.
