I gave Pugi Mazda an exceptional review due to the knowledge, friendliness and consideration of James Caris. James introduced himself upon my entry to the dealership and answered all my questions from that point forward, be it over the phone or face to face. He was not at all pushy, which is unusual in this business. That was one of the reasons I ultimately bought my new Mazda3 from Pugi. James made himself available to answer any and all questions and even would point out differences between Mazda and other brands, both positive and negative. His honesty and professionalism is ultimately the reason I not only went with the Mazda, But Pugi as well. Being introduced to the Service Manager, Anthony, was an added plus. It was nice to meet the person who I will be trusting to take care of my new Mazda3, which is a great vehicle BTW. I had many options that I considered, and am fully satisfied that I made the correct decision to purchase from James Caris and Pugi Mazda. More
I appreciated James' approach of not hounding me. He was consultative and did not use the "traditional" car sales approach. I did not buy my car here but since I moved to Naperville, Lisle area I have got all my services and other problems related to my car taken care of at this location. The service manager "Anthony C Naperville, Lisle area I have got all my services and other problems related to my car taken care of at this location. The service manager "Anthony Carbone" is excellent and very cordial and helpful. He makes sure everything is up to date and lets me know if I am missing anything or need to take care of anything. He is very personable and very observant of the vehicle and makes sure its tip top before he hands the key back to me. Everything gets taken care of even if i leave my car there leaving no room for inconvenience. All-in- all its a great dealership for service with excellent staff and I end up with a smile on my face every time I go there with a feeling that my car is secured and taken care of. The Mazda dealership here in northern Indiana weren't very nice to me and wasn't willing to give me any kind of deal (not even a cent below MSRP). I decided to shop around and stumbled upon Pugi Mazda. I gave them a call, visited them, struck up an incredible deal for a brand new Mazda and got it all done! They have excellent customer service and a very knowledgable staff. I cannot recommend them enough! Get your next car here! More

I have purchased one car from Pugi and stopped in to buy another. In no time at all I had a deal at dealer invoice (without me asking) on a new CX-5 with a decent offer for my trade. My only regret was another. In no time at all I had a deal at dealer invoice (without me asking) on a new CX-5 with a decent offer for my trade. My only regret was that I they didn't have the exact vehicle I wanted on the lot, but that's rarely the case anyway. I would go there again in a heartbeat. More
