First Oil Change, new 2014 Mazda5 I'm not the greatest lover of going back to the original dealer for maintenance, but I needed my first oil change on my '14 Mazda5 minivan. I searched around and the recommended 0w20 synthetic oil was shockingly high at other oil change shops. So I just happened to check Pugi where I bought my minivan and they had a coupon that made it at least more palatable. Now I hate calling business phone systems, but somehow navigated my way through it. Also, they're not as convenient or fast as a closer oil change shop, but the service and extras (washed my car) as well check many of the important car systems made up for the extra travel and time limits of setting up an appointment. Coffee was available and my wait time was actually shorter than I expected. I'd strongly recommend Pugi Mazda for car buying and for car maintenance/service. Thanks Pugi for the great service. Also, I really love my minivan. More

I was on the road for a test drive in minutes in the model (hatchback)/package that would be identical to my purchase. "My" car was located at another dealer, so would need to be transferred. This was late Saturday afternoon over Labor Day weekend; I had my car by Tuesday. A great experience overall, and I love the car. More

After he explained the two step process for this recall and that the part would take up to two weeks to get, I explained that the car would be out of state due to her job and could not be brought back until October. Not wanting to have me wait until October, Matt was able to secure the part and get it installed that very afternoon saving myself from returning 3 months later to fix the recall. He could have just just let me know that he was following the process and that it would be my responsibility to get the car back in but he took care of the situation right then and there. Outstanding customer service. Not sure who the tech was that worked on my car, but he also stopped what he was doing and performed the maintenance. More

Pugi Customer for Life! I have purchased 3 vehicles from Pugi, but this was my first time at the Mazda side. I test drove and fell in love with a CX-7 and purchased it. Shopping for a vehicle has always been an extremelu stressful process for me until I found Pugi. Not only was the website user friendly and filled with lots of helpful information but the staff was wel stressful process for me until I found Pugi. Everyone knows when you go online you can expect to get bombarded by dealers looking to sell you something and for most of those dealers they didn't care what I wanted, they just wanted to sell me something - anything . It made no diffence. I replied to each inquiry the same, letting them know exactly what I was looking for and when I expected to buy. Jesse from Pugi was the only one that heard me! He simply said "when your ready let me know" no more phone calls no more emails no pressure! It was great! When I contacted Jesse I gave him a list of cars I had reviewed online and when I showed up with my daughter he was ready for me. In no time I had the car I wanted. My next step was with Micheal Kapak the Business Manager and usually where things go from bad to worse but not this time. For the first time I felt like I mattered and was being heard. He didn't hound me to buy all the extras / bells and whistles he asked me and gave recoomendations. And the bonus, he was able to get me a better rate on my loan and save me $4,000, which for a single mom with a daughter in college is AWESOME!!!!
