When I called them they initially said it was a built in dealer fee. After some digging I found out they outright lied to me and warranty was an optional contract. Fortunately, we had Tav as our salesman yet again, we settled on a model, color, and moved on to the price negotiations where Tav as yet again a kind gentleman. He took one offer back to an older, salty gentlemen in finance who came to confront us as we were roughly $3000 apart on price. He told us to take our business elsewhere as it was wildly out of touch and offensive. Well we did, to Naperville Mazda where we made our purchase in a very pleasant and even enjoyable manner. Thank you Tav, for your professionalism, and to the finance person with the bedside manner of nurse xxxxxxx, it might be time to retire Sir. You have lost your touch, if you ever had one, for the knowledge and skills needed for your job, and you are a detriment to the goal of your organization. More
