Service nightmare Dropped the car off on Wednesday was told would call me when it was ready Friday evening I called and was told it’s ready picked it up and the check e Dropped the car off on Wednesday was told would call me when it was ready Friday evening I called and was told it’s ready picked it up and the check engine light was on next day opened the hood and found air cleaner housing was open and laying across the engine the air temperature sensor was unplugged reconnected it called them Monday asked me to bring it back so before we left I checked the oil to find out it had not been change and was low dropped the car off they called Monday afternoon said car was done and that it had been checked over by 3 different people got there to pick up the car to find the oil was still low showed the service writer wanted to bring it back in I said never mind will find someone else that wants our business More

The experience was poor. The polite words and phrases hid a lack of customer service. In the happiest of polite voices I would be told no one had any idea what was going on with my car and that in the first two days of it being in the shop no one had looked at it. I rented a car not knowing they had 30 loaner vehicles and no one offered me one until the Friday they told me my car was ready. Seriously. Took them 4 days to tell me I needed a new battery. NEVER AGAIN. More

Oil change and rotate 2 cars I had a oil change and rotate on both of my vehicles, Luis was great on Saturday, and also Leann and Ashley, on friday got me in and out, and they eve I had a oil change and rotate on both of my vehicles, Luis was great on Saturday, and also Leann and Ashley, on friday got me in and out, and they even cleaned my vehicles, was a great place to go, friendly atmosphere wasn't pressured to buy thing I didn't need, thank you ????? Service department needs to communicate better I took my car in for a recall, oil change and tire rotation. I was suppose to have my car back in 2 hours and a month later, I finally got it back! T I took my car in for a recall, oil change and tire rotation. I was suppose to have my car back in 2 hours and a month later, I finally got it back! The recall part was defective and there were only 14 recall parts in the nation. I understand this happens and I am okay with all of that, they were nice enough to pay for me to get a car through enterprise, but I should not have had to keep calling them to find out the status of my car. The day I took it in I had to call a couple times in the evening and I felt I got the run around. I still had to call 2 days later to find out the status and they still didn’t know what was going on. I finally found out after many phone calls later that I was getting a car from enterprise and it was probably going to be a month befire I would get my car back. One month and two days later, I decided to give them a call for an update. Heard the same story and they had to call Ford to see where the part was. The next day I get a call (surprisingly) saying the part came in and they should be done with it around 2:00 that afternoon! Never heard anything more that day. So the following day while I was at work I called them again in the afternoon to get an update and after I was on hold for a few minutes they came back on the phone and said, “Guess what? It’s done!” Since I finally got my car back, the tire pressure light has been on (don’t they check that when they do the oil change and tire rotation) and my traction control light keeps coming on. I haven’t even done anything about it because I’m scared to take it back in. More
