Lost Keys I lost my keys while on vacation but didn't realize it until I was standing in the Michigan City train station parking lot with no keys, 3 children, a I lost my keys while on vacation but didn't realize it until I was standing in the Michigan City train station parking lot with no keys, 3 children, and way too many suitcases and bags. We couldn't get into the car and had no keys to drive the car. I called Castle Ford Lincoln first to find out if they could make the keys and talked to Joe. He was so kind, friendly, and supportive. He let me know what I had to do, what to expect, and estimates on cost. The customer service from the very first call, through the time I received the new keys was exceptional! The entire staff went above and beyond to help us out! I don't need a new car yet, but when I do I will drive down to Michigan City to buy it from Castle Ford because I know they take wonderful care of their customers! THANK YOU! More

Cold and miserable day but friendly speedy service! Despite my overshooting the remodeled facility, and coming from a time zone away and early, I was greeted early by the early rising staff and led to Despite my overshooting the remodeled facility, and coming from a time zone away and early, I was greeted early by the early rising staff and led to the Service manager who gladly took my appointment and promised his early arriving service people would get busy replacing my driver's side mirror. However, before I purchased this used vehicle in 2018, I had always driven Buicks. When I got an oil change at my Buick dealership, they did the tire rotation at no charge. Good service, nice employees I took my car in for an airbag recall. The person I spoke to on the phone the day before had stated that the repair would only take 45 minutes, so I I took my car in for an airbag recall. The person I spoke to on the phone the day before had stated that the repair would only take 45 minutes, so I had planned on staying and waiting. When I took my car in, Volume clarified that it would actually take a couple hours. They offered me a ride home but I was able to call my husband for a ride instead. Everything else about my visit was excellent and the delay in waiting for my husband allowed me to go next door and do a little shopping! Volume was very nice and polite.
