My mother is still alive and our discounts come through her). Having moved here from IL 17 yrs ago, most of our purchases have been in IL (River Oaks Ford), but my last 4 have been in this area. At River Oaks Ford, in addition to cars, expensive items such as tires have all been reduced to "A" plan prices for us. Earlier this year, Castle Ford has let me know through their actions that they will not be participating in employee discounts. If this topic warrants further discussion, feel free to contact me. This week, I brought in my escape to check the location of an oil leak, and to have my oil changed. I was informed that my oil filter came loose, and whereas that has never happened to me in the past, I cannot doubt that the possibility of this situation may not be subsequent to the filter not being correctly tightened in the first place (oil last changed at Castle). I picked up my car on Saturday, and on Sunday, noticed the bottom panel underneath the car was falling off. I was reluctant to drive it because it is hanging inches off the road and I'm fearful it will catch on something and be ripped off. When I called Castle, was just informed to bring it in. Not being able to bring it in myself (I work in Chicago and am gone from 5:30 am - 6 pm CST) I hope when my wife brings it in today at 1:30, it will not cause an accident. If the bottom panel could not be affixed properly, it should have been replaced. Otherwise, to come off in less than 24 hrs, it was not affixed properly in the first place. I am therefore concerned of both sales and service at Castle. More

Something that should have been arranged before I made the appointment and dropped off my vehicle. They failed to update me on the status of my vehicle until I called late in the day and found out my vehicle could not be completed that day. Then my wife and I had to drive to the dealership to arrange for a loaner so I could go to work the following day. Something I asked about before I made the appointment but was told that Ford didn’t allow it for this particular service. No I was not happy the way this service appointment was handled. It was totally unacceptable. More
good experience I did not have an apt but my car was acting up. My Mom dropped it off at 7:00 am and someone was there and helped her check in her car. Great Service - Friendly outgoing staff These guys are quick, thorough and have "over the top" Customer Service. So nice to come in and have people look at you, call you by your name and get These guys are quick, thorough and have "over the top" Customer Service. I got my car here last year and I drive from Schererville to use this service center because of the way they treat their customers. More

Not happy with experience Your Service manager Joe did nothing but lie to me about the service taking so long on a warranted transmission problem he kept telling me that it wa Your Service manager Joe did nothing but lie to me about the service taking so long on a warranted transmission problem he kept telling me that it was in the bay and they were taking apart to find the problem but every time I drove past the place the car never moved from where it was when it was towed in and we were not offered a loner car for the first four days because he said there were no loners but then we talked to Leann and she put us into one right away so we incured 186.00 rental fee for something we should not have. Joe said we would get it paid back from ford since it was a warranty issue (Still waiting for the check). Also it took over a month for him to get my paperwork after I had called several times. I think this man is not a good fit for a manager. More

I next booked my “The Works” service on-line but never received a confirmation. I had to call to see if I was in on the schedule the next day. I was pitched for new wipers, new tires, both fine. There was confusion on where my car / keys were while exiting. My display was not reset. The same thing happened last time. I’m done. Hello Lake Shore Ford. More
