Good service center, and nice people. I've owned a Ford or Lincoln for many years and even though I live closer to Art Hill Ford,I prefer dealing with Castle service center. I leased my 2021 Ford Bronco at Castle Ford brand new. At the end of the last year, I took my 2021 Ford Bronco to Caliber Collision to have the top repaired under a claim from Geico after someone cut t At the end of the last year, I took my 2021 Ford Bronco to Caliber Collision to have the top repaired under a claim from Geico after someone cut the top attempting to break in. Caliber was unable to fix it after determining it was too complicated and sent it to Castle Ford. Castle had it for at least two months while a new top was ordered and they figured out how to install it. The Bronco was then returned to Caliber Collision, where my friend picked it up for me as I was out of town on military orders. When I received the vehicle back, the clips on the passenger side of the top were broken, allowing a gap in the top (see pics attached). I called Caliber Collision who said they didn't notice it or inspect it when they picked it up from Castle and that I should take up the issue with Castle. I spoke with the service manager at Castle, who then stated they didn't notice the issue with the broken clips on the top and said should call Geico and take it up with them. Additionally , my Bronco was with Castle for well over two months and when I picked it up, it was in need of an oil change (service light was on) and also needed a recall. Castle Ford returned the vehicle to Caliber not only with a broken top (Ford knows about these issues and someone at the dealer or Caliber likely broke the top not knowing how to take it off properly) but also returned the vehicle in need of an oil change and a recall. This is absolutely unsatisfactory and I would not buy another vehicle at Castle Ford or repair my vehicle at Caliber Collision. Both parties passed the buck to each other and then Geico and left me with a Bronco with a broken top that I eventually took to another Ford Dealer who repaired the mess under warranty. STAY AWAY form Castle Ford and Caliber Collision, especially if you're a veteran as they do not respect their customers, their vehicles, or their quality of work. There was ZERO ownership of fault from either company. More

Least a car from Castle Ford for 3 years they send me an early buy out 2 months before the lease was up. Talked to my rep at Castle i said it shows they have another Ford Explore on lot he said it wasn't du early buy out 2 months before the lease was up. Talked to my rep at Castle i said it shows they have another Ford Explore on lot he said it wasn't due in for another week i kept calling their weekly about the SUV i find out they sold it instead of calling me to trade my lease in. I started to work with another rep about a Lincoln Aviator that shows they had she said that's not in either i told her i want to lease that SUV a couple weeks go buy i found out they sold that SUV from under me again. Now my lease was up 9/21/2022 so i had to buy the SUV out so i could have something to drive I will never refer or deal with Castle Ford again. I been leasing cars for 30 years this by far was the worst experience i ever dealt with. More
Frustrating Problem: engine light being on. Trying to schedule an appointment to have it looked at and as soon as I have an appointment the engine light goes Problem: engine light being on. Trying to schedule an appointment to have it looked at and as soon as I have an appointment the engine light goes off (not your fault) and can't have a diagnostic done. Engine light comes on - I call to schedule an appointment on Thursday and can't be seen until Monday due to a full schedule (I understand). Doesn't work for me because I have to go back to work in Schaumburg, IL. I suggest that I bring it in on Thursday and leave so you can do a diagnostic test to locate the problem and I will pick my car up Saturday and make arrangements that will fit both our schedules to fix the problem. Had a hard time to make them agree and this is where my dad gets involved and they agree to the plan ( no hard feelings maybe I wasn't being clear). Left car and went on my way. I haven't heard anything and it is late Friday afternoon so I called the tech that I left the car with to follow up and left a message. No return call. It's Saturday morning and I still haven't heard any thing so on my way back to La Porte, IN I call the service center when I'm 20 minutes away from the Michigan City exit. Instead of calling the service tech I go through the prompts and get connected to person in the service dept. Hard time finding the service ticket, the progress of the situation and blah, blah, blah. Good News: As I was minutes away from pulling into your parking lot the tech came back to the phone and located the car and said it would be ready for pickup shortly. Better News: They realized my car was under warranty and they pushed my car to the head of the line and fixed the problem. I chose that I wouldn't recommend your shop, but the truth is you did come through for me. and I probably would recommend your shop. It was just a very frustrating process. I hope you read this in full, I know it is a rather long review, I hope you take this as constructive criticism and want to let you know I will be back. More
