Mystery water leak!!! No cgarge!!! This was a return visit to further investigate a water leak in our 2010 Ford Escape!! Since Castle does not have a body shop at the Michigan City, In This was a return visit to further investigate a water leak in our 2010 Ford Escape!! Since Castle does not have a body shop at the Michigan City, In location they did not feel comfortable working further on this problem. They referred us to a local body shop. As we understand their decision not to bite off more then they can handle, we are sorry that it could not be fixed where we know the employees. We will return to Castle to report the findings and have a note added to the record of this car. More

service took my truck in for recall was told it would be 2.5 to 3 hrs for work to be done. they had no loners available. After 4.5 hrs was informed that there was a second recall that i wasn't informed of and that it would ready the next day at 2;30pm. now they had a loner that i could use, but was treated as if I was renting it, responsible for any damages and refilling the gas that i used. this was very inconvenient for me, what if I had a scheduled trip to make or an emergency. totally unprofessional. Same problem Tired of paying . I d had this vehicle in 3 times. I keep telling them something is making a noise in the drivers side front end. experience I arrived at 7:35am for an oil change appt. I had at 8am, I sat in the waiting area for almost 2 hours before my car was ready. The service dept. The service dept. was not very busy, so, I could not understand why it took so long for an oil change. I have had good service here in the past; however, this was the worst. I will definitely go to Jiffy Lube, Valvoline, or Midas next time. More
