Cars a good car, not what I wanted but what I needed. No they didn't put me in something else, I went there with the car I had in mind, test drove it and got it. The having to get a vehicle wasn't expected but they helped get down to the monthly rate I wanted with no down payment or trade in, like I said it wasn't expected but they worked to get it to that monthly rate I wanted. Dealership catered to all my needs,questions, and concerns. I really appreciated the quick response times in emails and returning of phone calls during the buying process. They were fair with the price of the vehicle I purchased and on the trade in that I brought with to put towards the purchase of my new vehicle. The customer service with the parts garage was excellent as well. If you’re looking for a good dealership who is kind and friendly then I highly recommend castle dodge of Chesterton. I’m used to having bland experiences when it comes to buying a vehicle, but this dealership has set the bar high when it comes to customer service. I hope to buy a second vehicle from my car salesman Juan and I highly suggest you all ask for him for all of your vehicle buying needs. More
