Blown away! Had a serious issue with my Ram truck. I called the dealer where I bought the truck and was advised to park the truck but they could not get me in for weeks! Service was fine. I arrived early and they got me right in. However, they said it would be 1&1/2 hours and it took almost 3 hours.
