WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I highly recommend working with any salesman other then CJ if you find yourself here. I waited months for the Grand Cherokee L to come out and I finally was going to make my purchas any salesman other then CJ if you find yourself here. I waited months for the Grand Cherokee L to come out and I finally was going to make my purchase but I let CJ know I was going to take delivery tomorrow because I have 2 games to get too and that I want to get the test drive and everything out of way now. He then calls me a STROKE to his co workers in front of me because I’m not taking delivery tonight. I tell him I’m putting 15k down and have a 800 score this could’ve been easy and he says “yeah okay” I grabbed my license back and left. I can’t believe I was treated this poorly by someone. I am in sales myself and wanted to make this quick and easy. I was going to leave a deposit and come back to go in finance office because I didn’t have time to do all that today. I even purchased a new car here a few years ago. I was seriously really exicited about doing this and CJ took that excitement away. If you decide to come here and CJ greets you ask for someone else. Or I guess don’t be honest cause that didn’t get me anywhere but a horrible experience. More
