I brought my vehicle in for an oil pressure code and a cooling fan code a full day later I initiated a call and they told me that I needed a transmission service and a transmission pan that was leaking. A cooling fan code a full day later I initiated a call and they told me that I needed a transmission service and a transmission pan that was leaking. And they couldn’t diagnose the electrical codes until the transmission issue was addressed. I told them that I had DuPage Transmission service the transmission 2000 miles ago. And it never left any drips on my driveway. Then he agreed to check the other issues. I did not have them perform any service. I will be taking it elsewhere. More
Sales associates are friendly when you arrive. Make sure to go in an off time even if an appointment is made. We had an appointment scheduled and still were told to sit and wait. I asked for a sales associate to unlock the car as my husband had not seen it. That never happened. After sitting and waiting Andrew then came up to us and asked if the numbers that he showed me yesterday would work. He told me someone was looking at the car and we could beat them to it if I agreed. Neither me or my husband had even test driven the car. I did not like this approach IF this was true. And either way it felt extremely pushy and rushed. I informed Andrew that the numbers in fact were not okay as they offered me HALF of what my trade in was valued at. Andrew then went to Jamison and within five seconds I was offered what I asked for for my trade-in. My trust was lost right then and there. I had a follow-up question about pricing and Jamisen went into no detail did not sit us down to explain instead sat behind the sales managers desk not even standing up to introduce himself to my husband. On top of this experience when I was at the dealership on my own another sales associate informed me “I need to make my husband the best breakfast he has ever had” for him to buy me the car. Welcome to 2021 where married couples make joint decisions. I ended up driving 10 minutes away to Zigler jeep in Downers Grove. I was given a grand over what I wanted for my trade in. My car payment was exactly where I wanted it to be with a fraction of my trade in down. Naperville Jeep made me feel as though these numbers were insane. If you want a fair and honest dealership Jeep of Naperville is not the one for you. I reached out to the manager before writing this review giving them the opportunity to talk to me. I did not hear back. My advice to you would be shop around for another dealership. More

Imagine your vehicle serviced and returned with yellow jacket bee's flying in the vehicle. Imagine letting 3 or 4 bees out, then imagine having to pick up your family only to return finding another 3 or 4 jacket bee's flying in the vehicle. After seeing the first set of bees pulling out of the dealership I returned and more showed up after turning off the cold air. Then imagine Barry the Director joking about it as if no big deal. After talking with the Director I walked away from the clownish behavior. Barry was unprofessional and offered no support for the problem. This is unacceptable at the service level and recommend others stay away from Naperville CJDR. More
