I am extremely disappointed in the service that I received when I took my Jeep in for an oil change. The young man who assisted me thought I had a Jeep Compass, a car that I have not owned for 4 year received when I took my Jeep in for an oil change. The young man who assisted me thought I had a Jeep Compass, a car that I have not owned for 4 years. He was recommending service for that car that I no longer have. I waited for my oil change to be done. When he came out he said that they put regular oil in my car. For the last four years, I have always ask for synthetic oil. Either I have been overpaying for an oil change for the last 4 years, or I was not told that they were using regular oil. This is the second time I have had issues with the dealership, and I think I will be looking for an alternative to service my Jeep. The young man also did not follow covid safety protocol by wearing a mask. More

I wish they were more specific on what’s going on with your car and what’s wrong. Sometimes you are given the run around and have to call a bunch of times.
