Called ahead to make an appointment to get a 60k mile service done. My appointment was set for Tuesday so I dropped my vehicle off Monday afternoon. I was assured they would complete all the work on Tuesday so I could pick it up on Tuesday. I did not hear anything from the service department so I called on Tuesday afternoon. The cashier was notable to find my vehicle in the system. She said someone would call me back with the status. I did receive a call back and was told they were just finishing up and only had the brakes to inspect. I asked if all of the other work had been completed and they assured me everything else was done and I should be able to pick the vehicle up around 6 pm. I received another call advising they needed to replace pads and rotors and asked if they could keep the vehicle overnight. I was also informed that several other items on the list had not been completed So based on the fact the cashier could not find my vehicle in the system and they didn’t complete the other service items on Tuesday I can only guess that they didn’t even get started on it until I called Tuesday afternoon. Apparently making an appointment ahead of time means nothing to the service department. I’m addition it also seems they can’t keep track of customer vehicles once they are dropped off. Also if I had been told upfront that they lost track of my vehicle apologized for the mistake And had not been lied to when I was told all of the other work had been completed on Tuesday I probably would not be writing this type of review.
