Even with a “appointment” I would have to leave my car there for three days. I couldn’t take the vehicle and come in when they’re ready for it, wanted me to rent a car at my expense until they looked at there for three days. I took the day off work to do this today. Greeted with “what do you need??” Very unprofessional! Been in the automotive business for 25 years and thought the unprofessional attitude was long gone. What’s the point of appointments when your told before you even explain why you brought your vehicle in that it’s going to be three day ? I’m shocked they make any money here. Been here three times and two of those I left angry. The other time I explained that I was in the same type business and their attitude’s adjusted and I left satisfied Todays visit is completely unacceptable !! More
Set an appointment for oil change. Show up a few min early. Talk to a gentleman asking approximately how long it will take. An hour or two. I’m now getting upset as every single person that was waiting before me and that came in after me has been taking care of and is gone. By the time I track the service member down he says “oh you Jeep was done a long time ago, we just misplaced your keys”. As he says it another service person says we have a set of keys here (which we’re mine). Second bad event, service we have had at Naperville Jeep. We will not go back! Service manager couldn’t care less. More

Called to check the wait time for the Oil change and I was told 90 mins wait time. When arrived, someone who seemed to be a customer services agent who had no name tag and no uniform was quick and abrupt was told 90 mins wait time. When arrived, someone who seemed to be a customer services agent who had no name tag and no uniform was quick and abrupt to tell me that they cannot do any oil service even if I had an appointment. Did not care if I called in and almost looked annoyed that I was there for oil service. The customer service in the Services department has been constantly decreasing in the quality due to high turn over in staff. After 10 years of being their loyal customer, won't be taking any business to this dealership again. More
