We had a good experience with Mike, our salesman. I would have rated the dealership higher, but I was dismayed, after finally reading all the paperwork that came with the vehicle, that our interest rat would have rated the dealership higher, but I was dismayed, after finally reading all the paperwork that came with the vehicle, that our interest rate was 3.35%. I was purely concentrating on the monthly payment ( which was high, but I'm not used to having a car payment, so I didn't know what reaction to have). COnsidering that the dealership was offering 0% loans on some deals, I was disappointed. Yes, I realize that we got a discount on the car if we decided to finance with them, but the rate was NEVER DISCUSSED -- just the bottom line. Even though we are senior citizens, we had little experience in financing things on time -- paying cash for our last three cars. Our fault for not bringing this issue up, but I can't believe they wouldn't have said SOMETHING about it. Now we are shopping for a lower rate with my credit union. More
