Any way, we visited Naperville Jeep today to replace our 2000 JGC which had been advised to us this morning by the service department to be on its last legs and was going to cost a mint. So with that in mind we met up with Reid Levin when we arrived and he was friendly and welcoming right away. We had been looking at the Patriot in the past year and gravitated to it. Reid was very informative, very interested, very engaged and enthusiastic and that helped us make our decision. He orchestrated the whole process, got us a very good trade-in on the 2000 JGC, worked with his manager to bring the whole deal together and presented us the bottom line number that we could accept right away without issue.
