There was No follow up or communication between sales and service department. I originally bought my car from this dealership, paid it off and was looking to upgrade to a family vehicle, but no one seemed in service department. Service was needed on both exhaust manifolds on 2013 ram. Was covered under warranty. had this work been done before at another dealership? parts needed to be ordered "This was not unexpected". While the truck was in, the dealership looked over some of my other concerns and made repairs as expected. The dealership had our truck for over 2 weeks but to be fair, they had to wait for parts. had two issues when I picked up the truck. Some fender fasteners were missing and the hood latch sensor stopped functioning. Service corrected both issues on the spot. This is the second time we have taken the truck in at this dealership for service besides oil changes. . will continue. to . More
