Greeted by Kayla, who introduced herself with a smile as my Service Advisor. I explained to her I had an appointment for an oil change & service. She got the ball rolling and after getting my information, o my Service Advisor. I explained to her I had an appointment for an oil change & service. She got the ball rolling and after getting my information, offered to show me where the waiting room was, but I already knew. About an hour later she found me and told me the vehicle was done, and went over the things that may need attention at some point. I paid and she even walked me to my Grand Cherokee. Great customer service!!! More
They had my car for 36 days. The communication was very poor. I would call Joe and he was never at his desk to answer, and after leaving a voicemail for him to call me back most The communication was very poor. I still to this day, don't understand what was wrong with my car and what parts were replaced. I was given a loaner car but it was not equal to the car that I purchased from the dealership just 2 months prior. I paid a car note for a car that I did not have for one month and I bought the car brand new. There just seemed to be no sense of urgency to get me my vehicle back. I had to go into the shop to get answers because when I called someone told me they would call me back and never did. I even called and asked to speak to a manager and they told me no one was available. I regret buying my vehicle from this location and will not purchase another car from them. More

We drove 1 1/2 hours to get to the dealership for the car we saw online. The 2017 Toyota Avalon Hybrid was in great condition with low milage. We have bought all our other Toyota vehicles from Pauly Toyota in Crystal Lake and have a great relationship with the dealership. Unfortunatley, they did not have any Avalons to replace ours that was totaled in a car accident. So the pleasent experience we had at Castle of Naperville was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend your dealership! More
