Just purchased a 2010 Silverado from Castle. Ernie and Pat worked with me and got me a great deal overall. I wouldn't have got this good of a deal anywhere else. Jeff picked up our order and was diligent with the follow up when the vehicle was delivered. He even went above and beyond by coming in on his day off (on his wedding aniversary) to make sure the delivery of the car went smooth. This was greatly appreciated. I just bought a used 2010 KIA forte. I believe I got a great deal and a great rate from their finance department!! I have bought from other dealers before (Bill Kay in 06) and I hate dealing with those sa great deal and a great rate from their finance department!! I have bought from other dealers before (Bill Kay in 06) and I hate dealing with those sales people because they will lie and tell you what you want to hear to close the deal. I never had that here, I dealt with Ryan, Ivan, and Terry and everything they said was true and 100% accurate. I was never really pressured and if they didn't know the answer they went out and found out instead of making up an answer. Best of all, after the test drive I wasn't sure about the car. They let me take the car home for the night to see how I liked it. They even cleaned my car and detailed the inside before I drove off the lot. I can't believe how honest and professional they all were. I will buy all my cars here and recommend this to dealer to everyone. Even though I live in the city and it took me 45 min to get here it was well worth it. More

Brian Hankus did an OUTSTANDING job working with us on purchasing our new Impala. We stopped at MANY dealers, 75 mile radius, before purchasing our car and felt like Castle and Brian treated us with the purchasing our new Impala. We were straight forward when we meet Brian in regards to wanting a GREAT product at a CHEAP price. His nature with us was "gentle" and not "pushy" or "slick" like we experienced at other dealerships over the past several days. He NEVER once hesitated to bring our "offer" to the "pit boss". After we agreed on the price of the car, time was taken to make sure we understood all of the options and warranties available without the "high pressure" sales pitch. We continued on to financing where we worked with Ziv and again felt like we were treated with respect, honesty and fairness. Joe Catino over looked the entire deal and was a pleasure to work with. I purchased a Chevy 2500 crew cab in 2005 from Jeff. The service from all was so good back then so I decided to go back. I recently purchased a 2010 Tahoe and I still have my pick-up, and the service is sti service from all was so good back then so I decided to go back. Everytime I walk in the door I feel welcome, they all call me by name from and ask me about life. Like what did you do over the weekend, how's the grand kids what are you doing this weekend going to Indiana again. They tell me about their life, what resturants they eat at. I'm a people person and I enjoy life to the max and it seems they do also. Joy put's up with me the most, because I come back for service but if Jeff and Carla are around they make a point to talk to me and ask if all is OK or would you like a cup of coffee or can I buy you a soda.
