I asked a lot of questions and they all explained to me in an un-rushed polite manner. The whole atmosphere at Castle was pleasant and it was neat and clean. During the waiting period I was offered refreshments. I have purchased several new cars before and this was a good experience on not being pressured for something I was not interested in. I also want to thank the owner/manager of Castle for treating your employees respectful, the moral in an office starts at the top and is reflected down, it shows good office morale. Brought in my 2007 Malibu Maxx for a vibration noise coming from the dashboard area. It happens over 45 miles per hour. Told her to have mechanic drive it to hear the noise. Mechanic drove it, heard the noise, checked everything he could and said everything was tight nothing loose to be making the noise. I went on the internet and found a quick fix. Joy made sure that this quick fix got taken care of and guess what the noise is gone. But that's how she is, she always works to solve the problem. My husband had an oil consumption problem with his 2005 Silverado, she told him to come in every so many 1000 miles and we'll keep track of it and after a long process they finally found the problem. She doesn't want you to keep coming back for the same problem, she really works to find a solution. More
