He made me feel special and took the time to look at the tire to see what the problem was and what was causing it. Jason is usually my service man, He is a GREAT Customer Service Man. I didn't think I would be going to the dealership for the little things, but your service team is wonderful and reminded me, it is the little things that can cause big problems later if not checked properly. We found a car on AutoTrader that Castle had, after calling and asking about we made the trip out to the dealership. However when we got there the car we had come to look at, and specifically called ab calling and asking about we made the trip out to the dealership. However when we got there the car we had come to look at, and specifically called about, was no longer there. Undaunted by our lack of enthusiasm to look at other cars Teddy set about finding us the next best car on the lot and working us until we worked out a deal that worked for everyone. Teddy was great. His knowledge of the car far surpassed what any other dealer had demonstrated when we had looked at the car at other locations. He was able to walk us through all of the various menus and answer any question that we could come up with; and his excitement about the car was contagious. It was just a pleasant experience all around. Plus you should see his moonwalk. Odds are we probably wouldn't have bought the car we did from Castle if our service and experience working with Teddy had been so great. More
