Set up everything over phone and got pre approved on the internet. Was told manager would work with me to meet my monthly payment goal. Get there and he didn't want to deal with me. Bought what I thought was a good car. Sales man answered all my questions said service looked over it, and it was excellent condition. Car ran fine and looked okay (For cost) mentioned car fax and report, all my questions said service looked over it, and it was excellent condition. Got car home, ran fine for first few days then brakes began to squeal, leak on passenger side and passenger door refusing to roll down. Had it inspected by their service department. Told motor went and no idea on leak that they took apart front of car and carpet up. (Internet searches show leak is design flaw/ known flaw with that type of car, and it was cowl.) Told they could put it together and reseal flaw for 400 (HUH!!!, you have it apart and sealing has to be done when its put back together.If you looked at records of that series, you would see duh cowl and I even mentioned it.) told motor for window was another 400 with service. They still haven't told me brake issue. May just take it to other dealer in area with better rates and honest staff. Dealership has left me with bad taste in my mouth for chevy like Roesch has had for Ford. More

I was greeted outside by Joe Genna who could not have been more helpful and informative about the car. I may not know that much about cars but my father was their with me and him and Joe Genna we're discussing valuable information not only about the car I purchased but many other of them that we're on the Castle Chevrolet lot. Joe Genna was very down to earth and definitely not the greasy xxxxxxxx dealers who are only out to make a quick buck and send you off with a car you paid too much for. I'm glad that I went to not only this dealership but made a purchase with someone I felt very comfortable with. More

After researching at length on the web, began e-mail dialogue with Castle. Came in to discuss purchasing a new Malibu. Arrived at 7pm - drove new car home at 10pm. Teddy Muriithi was excellent at providing information, giving us many finance options and making the whole experience pleasant, stress-free, pressure-free and actually fun. He must be one of their top sales folks, because he was the best we ever encountered. And I have been in purchasing for 25 years - so I was totally impressed. Eddie was also very helpful in handling the finance portion. Just a great, casual experience and an awesome deal to boot. I will be back! More
