We live in Michigan and my son resides in Chicago where he goes to school. We had a water pump failure on his Monte Carlo. They had great hours, a very friendly and impressive service call and follow up system. Jim from Service was assigned the account. He was courteous, informative and offered atlternative solutions. We were extremely pleased with the service we received and when I drove to Chicago to get the car at the dealership I was very impressed with the location Needless to say I would recommend it to anyone. It is always comforting when you can trust someone. More

DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I saw a car on this dealerships website. I called their customer service number and talked to Mike Rodriguez. He said he needed to see if they actually had car on this dealerships website. I called their customer service number and talked to Mike Rodriguez. He said he needed to see if they actually had this car and said he would call me back in five minutes. Two hours later I called back and Mike Rodriguez said that he tried calling me back but he wrote down the wrong number. They said that the car I called on sold the day before and then he proceeded to try and sell me a more expensive car. After I said the payments would be too much he hung up on me. Two weeks later, the EXACT same car that we called on was still on their website. This time I had my husband call to see if they had it in stock. He talked to Mike Rodriguez, as I did. Mike told my husband that he would have to check and that he would call him back. After an hour and a half my husband called back and Mike told him that he tried to call him back but he wrote down the wrong number- UNBELIEVEABLE- this was the same thing he told me two weeks earlier. This time though he told my husband that they had this car in stock. Since we live 2 hours away, my husband asked if he could put a deposit down to hold it so we could pick it up at the end of the week. Mike Rodriguez said we would have to put down 10% and that he would call us back with the details. Well guess what, he never called us back. We called the dealership 2 hours later and this time Mike was not there and we talked to another salesperson, Jesus. This salesperson told us that they do no accept deposits. So I asked to speak to the manager and was transferred to Gus. I told Gus the run around we had been through with this dealership and he said that they typically don't hold cars but that he would hold this one for me since we had been through a lot. I was to call him back on Wednesday (this was a Monday) and he would get the car ready for us. My husband and I sold our current car on Tuesday since we would be getting the new car later that week. When I called Gus on Wednesday I was told that the car we were supposed to get was sold Tuesday! However, of course they would be happy to sell us another (more expensive) car. So now we have NO vehicle! This dealership can not be trusted. I truly believe that the car we were looking at never existed and was used as bait to get you in the door. We were lied to many times from their salesman and treated poorly. Do not trust this dealership!!! More

The staff are friendly and explain everything, but more importantly they are HONEST. They tell you what repairs you should consider, and give you a timeline of what should be done soon, and what can wait. importantly they are HONEST. Ryan is one of the best sales reps I have had the pleasure of working with. He could see that I was very undecided on what I wanted and was never pressuring me to make a decision like the rep from another dealer was. Which is what helped me to dicide on purchasing the Equinox. I would highly recommend Ryan Sitter, as the person to assist you in finding that perfect car. He is very polite, professional and explained everything to me as my questions came up. The reason for this review is because the gave us the run around and all the deals they had in place. They put the wrong plates on my car and i got pulled over by the local police and given a ticket for the around and all the deals they had in place. I went to this dealership because I was looking for a used car and I saw the 04 Chevy Aveo listed online for a good price and had good miles. The night I came in to look at it Joe Genna was the salesman used car and I saw the 04 Chevy Aveo listed online for a good price and had good miles. The night I came in to look at it Joe Genna was the salesman who helped me. He was very helpful and was working hard to get me in to my car. I loved that he did not try to get me in to anything else as I had only 1 car in mind and nothing else. He had great follow up skills by returning my call in a quick manner and following up by email. After getting the car I had to call him because after pulling away from the lot the check engine light came on and I was very worried as I just bought this car. Joe was very reassuring with me and said he would get the service department involved to get this matter resolved at no cost to me. I paid nothing for them to look at it and ultimately fix the problem which was covered on the emissions warranty. Yes it was a slight setback to have that issue happen to me but I felt like the dealership really made up for that by customer service and making sure I was happy with my purchase. Also a big plus for me was the free oil change and free car wash with any service work done! I will definitely recommend this dealership and the salesman Joe Genna to all my friends and family. Our overall experience was great because we knew what car we were going to buy. We arrived, they pulled the car out, we drove it, we did the quick and easy paperwork, and then left with the car; all while the employees talked to us and made sure we were comfortable throughout the experience. The price of the vehicle was good too. It was just a LITTLE bit over what I wanted to pay, but it was under my budget and it was under the first offer they gave me; so you can show up and negotiate prices. But I do recommend this dealership to any of my friends because they do offer great quality vehicles at low prices. More
