I worked with Ivan Vujovic and while he did maintain an occasional email contact with me, it was not intrusive, and as I went from place to place I found that I recalled how nice these people were. I did end up purchasing a brand new Camaro at Castle in the end, and the process of getting thru the finance office was top notch. I will not only buy more cars from them, but I am giving Ivan and the crew at Castle my highest recommendation. If you think you should be mugged in a parking lot by sales people, then don't bother going there, they are way too nice and laid back there. More

I came in last night after working with a different dealership that did not pan out. I was greated by the manager as I walked into the door and he brought Ryan over right away. We told Ryan what we came in to see, told him our budget and we test drove and negotiated the price all within a half hour. Ryan did not try to sell us anything else and we got a great price. The manager then came back and told us they would work hard to get our paperwork done in a timely manner and they did. Everyone we dealt with was professional and friendly. If it looks too good to be true ... this was our experience - this purchase was for an online truck. The price was agreed to - we just had to drive 120+ miles to pick up and pay. One reason we went to Castle is for their GM Certification - only to find out one day later and after talking to a GM certification rep that Castle is misrepresenting the certification. Castle wants us to drive 120+ miles to get a broken light replaced which, if GM certified would not have left the lot in this condition - that is WHY we have given our rating - we are very disappointed to learn that our vehicle is not GM certified - we only buy GM and feel we have been "taken", we have also learned to continue to purchase our vehicles locally. Phone calls to Castle are not returned, I couldn't, in sound mind recommend this dealership. More
Every single time I have had an issue with my 2 vehicles purchased from Castle, I just take it in and see Jason. I don't take my 04 Envoy or 09 Avalanche anywhere but the dealer for any type of service inc purchased from Castle, I just take it in and see Jason. I don't take my 04 Envoy or 09 Avalanche anywhere but the dealer for any type of service including oil changes. Work has always been done in a timely manner and with superior quality. I traded in my vehicle in 2010 for a new vehicle the sales staff was excellent. They helped us find exactly what we were looking for. There was no haggeling in the price of trade in or purchase. There was a manufacturing issue with the vehicle that was found a day after purchase, the sales and service department got the problem fixed as fast as they could and gave me a loaner vehicle to drive. I have had a few regular service calls (oil change - tire rotation) and my vehicle has been ready by the promised time. All staff have been helpful in every way. I would reccommend this dealership and have to friends and family. More
