Ryan was great to work with. He explained everything about the car and also was willing to negotiate on the price of my trade-in even though it wasn't in the best of shape. Ryan wasn't pushy. I went to Castle Chevy earlier today. I traded my 2011 Camaro LS for a 2012 Camaro 2LT RS. Happy with the trade and loving the new car!! Both times I bought my cars, Ive gone to Ryan. On 3/3/12, I went to Castle Chevrolet to look a used car. After going through negotiations we agreed upon a price and I decided to buy it. When we went to the finance department to pay for the car, the papers had already been drawn up with an additional $300 added to the price for 'window etchings' with the vehicle VIN number. I told him we had agreed upon a price, the salesman didn't say anything to me about it, and I'm not going to pay for it. He said the work was already done and left the room to talk to his sales mamager. He came back later and apologized that the salesman didn't say anything to me and would give it to me at the dealer price of $190. I told him no, I won't buy the car at any additional cost. He then backed off and said he would waive the charge. I checked the windows when I went to take the car home and found no etchings on any of the windows. So, not only did they try to scam me into buying something I didn't request, THE WORK WAS NEVER PERFORMED! Needless to say, I will NEVER do business with these slimy weasels ever again. Buyer beware, always read the sales contract before you sign! I don't fault the salesman, Danny Brasil, it was the finance representative and his supervisor. More
