I needed to purchase a new vehicle for work. I originally went to Sunrise Chevy and thought I had a great deal. I then went to Castle Chevy just to see if I was getting a great deal. I not only received the price that worked into my payments, but also received tires, oil changes as needed. I was wrong in going to Sunrise Chevy. The minute I walked into Castle Chevy I knew this was the place to purchase my new Malibu. I was greeted by Ryan Sitter (Sales) and was informed about the vehicle and given a great price. Ryan was not only knowledgeable about the vehicle but was caring of what my needs were. I was car shopping for 6 months and I walked out of so many dealer shops. I was never treated with such great customer service and details when vehicle shopping until I arrived to Castle Chevrolet and Rya many dealer shops. He made me feel very welcome and his customer service and proffesionalism was PHENOMENAL. His vehicle knowledge is great, upon getting on the vehicles he was very detailed with the car functions. After having trouble at other dealerships I went to Castle Chevy in Villa Park expecting the same old run around. But, to my surprise my wife and I were greeted by Ryan Sitter. We told Ryan that we had Castle Chevy in Villa Park expecting the same old run around. But, to my surprise my wife and I were greeted by Ryan Sitter. We told Ryan that we had financing through Capital One and that we were interested in a 2013 Chevy Cruze that we already given an online price quote for. He looked up the car for us, .and brought it around for us to look at. We proceeded to look at the car and make sure it was the same car we inquired about. After we verified it was the car we wanted we proceeded to go through with the paperwork. Ryan pointed out that there was an incentive in the price that we did not qualify for. A $750 difference in the price. He offered to split the difference and still get us the car at a great price! On top of the great price he informed us about the "Castle Difference" FREE oil changes and tires for life for buying a new car from them! I will recommend Ryan to my friends and family anytime someone tells me they are thinking about purchasing a new car. Thanks for the great service! More

Olivia called us twice to make appointment to see the car I was looking for. Finally we went there and the car was not there. We thought it happens . we did another appointment the next day. Before we went there, we called them to be sure car is there. THE CAR WAS NOT THERE, they said one of managers took it ( is he more important than costumer?) . They lied us, they play stupid unfair way with a smile. They don`t want to sell this car. that`s why I give them no stars. More
I called Castle Chevy in order to get more information on the Vehicle Exchange Program. I spoke with a gentleman named Sam and he advised that I should come in to the dealership so they could look over the v the Vehicle Exchange Program. I spoke with a gentleman named Sam and he advised that I should come in to the dealership so they could look over the vehicle that I currently own. I brought in my 2002 trailblazer LTZ. I arrived to the dealership and was greeted by Ryan Sitter as soon as I arrived. I was also introduced to Sam (who I spoke with over the phone) and Dana (who runs the Vehicle Exchange Program). From there on out, I was working with Ryan. I told Ryan I wanted to get out of my gas guzzler and get in to something more fuel efficient. We went over all my options and even discussed when I was planning to purchase. I told Ryan that I was thinking about purchasing a vehicle in about a month. After discussing a few more options and taking a vehicle out for a test drive, Ryan worked out such a great deal that I could not pass it up. Ryan was looking out for my better interest and kept me within the price range I wanted for a monthly payment rather than trying to up sell me in to a more expensive vehicle. With the great deal on my new pre-owned car and the free oil changes for the life of the vehicle, which is one part of the Castle Difference, this was a great car buying experience. Not to mention even a few days after my purchase, Ryan was still helping me with some issues and did everything to make things right. I am now driving a 2011 Cruze LT ECO and enjoying my purchase very much. Needless to say, I have a stack of Ryan's business cards from Castle Chevy and will recommend him to anyone I know. More
I went to Castle Chevy looking at camaros, Ryan was very helpful and a very nice person and did every thing he could to get me in the car I wanted. Memorial Day 2013, I walked into Castle Chevy with the intentions of test driving a 2012 Chevy Silverado 1500. The ride was finished with the usual talk of "How can I have you drive away today in this vehicle?". I've been here before. The only difference in this experience was Ryan Sitter cared about one thing and one thing only: getting me the vehicle at the price "I" wanted. I wrote down the exact price on a scratch paper that I wanted to pay per month and the "haggling" began. Except it wasn't between Ryan and I, it was between him and his GM. Not once did he attempt to convince me of a price that I didn't want to pay. It was about time I delt with a salesmen who didn't immediately want my credit score and cared soley about my interests. My experience ended with me leaving in my dream truck and getting the exact financing I was looking for. I cannot speaking speak for any other employee of Castle Chevy but if your looking for a honest, straight-forward salesman, who above all is there for you...buy a Chevy and see Ryan... More
Ryan pulled a rabbit out of his hat for me. He helped get me out of a gas guzzler and into a beautiful new Chevy Cruze. Didn't think it would be possible but he stayed late and made it happen!
