I arrived at Castle Chevrolet on cold gray snowy Saturday afternoon. I had already been to a very large dealer in Hillside where I had received a lukewarm welcome and the salesman was paying more attention t afternoon. I pulled in at Castle and was met at the door by Katie Jasionowski, I couldn't have asked for anyone with a brighter disposition; it was a complete reversal from the other dealership. When I selected a possible car to buy we both went out in the lot trying to find the car in the snow. At first she could not locate it but she did not give up. I love the Jeep I purchased there that day, everyone was very friendly and Katie was the ultimate Sales Professional that her business card says she is. It should also say "I specialize in excellent customer service". More

We were greeted by Mr. Ryan Sitter, who, from start to finish, showed us the vehicle we came in for, let us test drive it, and answered all of our questions. Mr. Sitter's integrity is very obvious, in the way he respectfully treated us and in the knowledge he shared on the product he sells. The Lexus Gs 450h online was priced appropriately and after many emails and conversations with Olivia I made the decision to drive the 4 1/2 trip to the dealership. He was likable. Once I saw the car, the condition was not as Olivia described. Deep scratches in the trunk, the roof was obviously poorly repainted after what appeared to be hail damaged. The hood needed repainted, there was no buffing out the scratches and wear. Ryan tried his best to reduce the price by $600 so I could get it repainted. I told him the car was not as described and I didn't want it. His attitude changed, no longer friendly. I spoke with a sales manager and everybody fell back on the same answer "we have over 40pics online". I'm sorry, but pics font show the damage. And as Olivia stated, the detail shop had everything fixed. Not true. The stains on the drivers floor were horrible as was the smell. next day I get an email from bob asking about my trip up. I told him of my poor experience and he mentioned the 40 pics as well. On a lighter note, the only pleasant part was Robert sent me $200 in prepaid visa cards for my gas and troubles.
