Friendly staff and very helpful I took my sisters chevy cruze in to get serviced and had no idea how to get a oil Chang but kyle, one of the survise writers made it very easy all I d I took my sisters chevy cruze in to get serviced and had no idea how to get a oil Chang but kyle, one of the survise writers made it very easy all I did was pull in my car and told them what I wanted and i waited in the clean waiting room that had Ipads there too keep me busy and the next thing I knew the car was done and they gave me a free car wash. Buyer Beware: We called three hours ahead of time to tell them we were driving from 80 miles away to test drive some vehicles. After giving Ashley the stock numbers We called three hours ahead of time to tell them we were driving from 80 miles away to test drive some vehicles. After giving Ashley the stock numbers she said she would have them pulled aside and ready to go. We showed up at the dealership and it was almost 30 minutes before we even got to see the cars we came for. When I asked to speak with Ashley, she conveniently never came around. Finally when a car was pulled up, it was out of gas so it needed to be filled before we could even test drive it. Instead of test driving the other vehicle in the mean time, we just had to sit and wait for it to return from the gas station. During the test drive I explained my frustration with the salesperson. He said he would make everything worth our while but Once we decided on a vehicle, the haggling was outrageous. We were so far apart on the numbers I didn't think we'd be able to make a deal. The sales person went back and forth with the finance guy at least five times while I scratched out basic math on a piece of paper and verified loan rates on my phone. They tried charging us the incorrect sales tax, high interest (we have good - excellent credit) and all sorts of funky math that we needed to breakdown on paper to show them that something just wasn't making sense. Finally after an hour of haggling and explaining basic arithmetic we reached a deal. To add insult to injury we were sent to the waiting area after we negotiated our deal. We sat there for over 30 minutes with no one communicating with us what was going on, when we would be able to sign paperwork, and when we would be able to leave. We finally got out of there after over four hours for a transaction that should / could have taken an hour. We left exhausted, frustrated, and uncertain whether we did the right thing. We spent more than we wanted to but we did get a good deal. They gave us great money for the trade-in and offered us refreshments and snacks while we were there. I would never, ever, recommend that anyone experience that "Castle Difference". It was brutal. More
