I picked the 2017 Malibu in dark gray color and loaded. It was a dream come true. The team took care of everything so professionally with showing me my options and not pressuring me on making a decision. My wife worked with Dana and she told me to see her. She was wonderful and very throrough. She answered all of my questions and made me feel that I was making the right decision on upgrading my car. I met with Sean and he was very nice and we discussed my options and even talked about a little golf. Then, I went to see Dan... He showed me the Bronze, Silver and Gold options on upgrading to a better warranty. I declined because I already met my budget on what I can afford. He kept pressuring me on trying to upgrade saying statements like, "you will be sorry if I don't" and "Well, you had a upgrade warranty on your previous car, why not with us?" I explained to him that I was at my budget and I couldn't go any higher. So, I went to gather my stuff and spoke with Dana for a minute. I headed back to the sales room and I saw Dan yelling at Sergio for something unrelated to my sale. I was just appalled to the unprofessional actions that he showed and the disrespect to Sergio on how he conducted himself. Sergio is a great guy and he didn't deserve that. Thanks for your time.
