Excellent when unexpected repair was needed My 2012 Buick Enclave lost power steering all of a sudden and was leaking fluid everywhere. Of course we had things we needed to do with the car and now its out of service. Steve at Castle was outstanding fitting me in, and getting everything taken care of as easy as possible. Car was less than a year out of warranty but they managed to work with GM and get some help. Thanks Steve! More

Dishonest and Flat-out Lied Had Camaro advertised for an "internet price" of $33,300. Emailed and spoke with them -- told me if I came in, they could be even more aggressive on the price. I show up expecting to buy the Camaro for $33,300 or better and after I show up, they tell me "oh, that price is if you qualify for all the discounts available". ...and since I don't currently have a Chevy, I'm not eligible for $1500 off and since I'm not military, I'm not eligible for another $1500 off so my price would be $36,300. Total joke and unprofessional. NONE of this was mentioned in the online ad or to me in any of my verbal or email communications or else I wouldn't have come in. Will never purchase from this dealership or any other dealership this family owns. More

I wanted to see if I could get a price that I would be satisfied with. Rob was great, he did not make me wait for long before he presented the first pricing. Then, he returned quickly with what I felt was a fair price for the car. Rob made sure that the paperwork was handled quickly and I was in and out in less time than I had anticipated. I did have to return to the dealership twice that evening! First, I had forgotten some valuables in my previous car and no one was available to bring them to me. Then, the low pressure light came on. Both the sales manager (sorry, do not remember his name) and Rob worked quickly to check the tires and fill them as needed. More
